So we squeezed in as much South African 'stuff' as we could...
Got the braai on the go...
And then spent the evening just enjoying each others company....and eating and drinking of course...
Two of my favourite things...my family and my country. Happy Heritage Day South Africa...I am truly thankful to be living within your borders...

Stunning photos. Wow, that brought back so many memories! Creme Soda, Ultramel, pap. Have never had biltong flavoured chips though, but that must have been nice :-). How do you get your photos to display like this?
I agree with you. There really aren't any other way better, to celebrate Heritage day than with a braai. Glad you all enjoyed it.
