But it has been so worth it...
Our girl started chemo treatment three weeks ago...and although she has had a few rough days, she is back to her normal self. The vet cannot believe her progress, we are even halving all her treatment from this week.
And even though, we know that the medication won't cure her completely, we are just so happy that our girl is doing well...and so are we.

Ok, now firstly pls email me on how your cornered yr photo edges?
And more importantly, YAY for Phoebe. So thrilled to hear this. As long as it extends her life for as long as possible, that is all that matters?
And i don't have ill dogs, but 2 sick children, so my counter looks much the same, except there is a wire hen next to my meds, not a glam pic!
Much love x
Super photo with annotations for all the different meds. Such good news that Phoebe is responding so well to treatment. She's obviously getting lots of love to help the medicine.
That brought back some memories of my daughter's chemo shelf (http://whitesinnz.blogspot.com/2009/08/our-chemo-shelf.html).
I'm so glad Phoebe is responding well. It is horrible when pets are unwell and they can't tell you what or how they might be feeling.
Glad she is doing better :)
so glad she is doing so much better!
So glad it is going well!
We have 4 down in our house with colds and flu...so my counter looks even worse.
I am so glad your girl is doing well.
xx
I know that the kids are in recovery so this post is serious - but I actually laughed out loud at your "I have no clue... something important" LOL. hope things improve with all the meds!~
So bly vir julle!
I do hope everything works out well. It sounds very possitive so far xx
Ai, I am so glad that she is better. Have been thinking about her. BTW if the twins were girls they would have been Katie and Phoebe (two great gran's names)
Thats just wonderful news! May she have man more years ahead of her!
