Our second day in Cape Town, saw us getting up bright and early and heading out to Kalk Bay for some window shopping and a quick coffee break...
I can never get tired of visiting Kalk Bay...
And then of course it was the obligatory trip to Mariners Wharf in Hout Bay. Yes, we know it's a tourist trap...but the fish and chips are to die for...
And before we knew it, it was time to head home...
...and that's where we stayed for the rest of the evening...doing nothing except...
...eating...
...swimming...
....having a game of rugga...while the crayfish was braaing...
...taking it easy on the couch...
...having dinner...
...and because there was no chimney...ensuring that Santa's magic key was strategically placed for him to use...
...making sure there was enough carrots for ALL of the nine reindeer {which we did not have to google and double check}, mince pies and milk for Santa Claus.
And then once all the little ones were snuggled in bed...we made sure we were all set for the big day...
