Anyway, I am dressed, I pick up my bag to leave, check the time....I still have HALF AN HOUR left before I need to leave...what? And I did not even break a sweat getting ready. So I decide to have breakfast, and with still fifteen minutes to spare, I am in my car heading off to work. I arrive at work ten minutes early....can you believe it? What actually do I do in the mornings? What takes up all my time?
And I have been using the fact that I cannot possibly get up any earlier to exercise...when I actually do have the time.
So from Monday everyone, it's at least an half an hour exercise every morning, no more excuses.
