Magic on ice.

It was the 1998, when we experienced the magic of Disney in real life. It was our my first trip to the States...and even though we were all grown up...we felt like we were little kids again.

And yesterday, we got a small reminder of that magic...

By the time I picked up the boys and my Sister, excitement was at an all time high...
After a quick stop at McDonalds and after about a hundred 'how many more minutes'...we arrived...
....and then the magic began...
...and it was spectacular. My Sister and I both turned to each other and said 'Typical Disney'...everything is done so perfectly. The costumes were out of this world.
There are no words to describe the look on my nephews face's when Mater, Lightening McQueen and Buzz came on...it was priceless.

It was such an awesome day...thank you Disney!

PS. Halfway through the Tinkerbell show...I did get a little whisper in my ear, asking me 'Hayley...is this girl one nearly done?'. We definitely need some more girls in the family :-)

That is so cute! Especially the Tinkerbell comment! I regret not getting tickets for Dom.

Showed these to my 7-year-old, who is very upset because we're missing the show when it's in Cape Town next week. She asked whether Ariel was in the show (she saw it in the advert), and wants to know if you have a photo of her? Gorgeous photos, as ever.

Have to say that it was spectacular, and my girls loved it so much... attention to detail was awesome!!! Even more so now I want to go to Disney in the US. What a pity we did not bump into each other!

I like how you all dressed up for the event. Looks like such a treat to go but when I saw the price for the tickets, there's no way I can afford that.

It looks magical...so wish they would bring shows like that to PE.

Kids get us to enjoy the magic as well, huh?
