For Monya.

Over December, my sister-in-law, had purposefully left building their annual Gingerbread House, so that we could all do it together, once TF and I arrived in January {pretty cool hey?}...but as things turned out, we just never ever got to do doing it...

So while packing up a box of shopping/gifts to send home, she insisted on finding room in the box for the Gingerbread House kit...that we never got to build. She had one condition though...I had to promise to build it with my nephews back home. She was making sure that one of us was going to make memories with this Gingerbread House.

And what better day to build a Gingerbread House...than Easter of course. So we cleared the counters, sorted out duties...and went about building memories...

So this is for you Monya...
...it did end up collapsing in a heap shortly after that last photo...not that the boys cared, as long as they could take it home and eat it.

So from the boys and I...thank you Monya...we had so much fun building it.

How cute is that - a box kit to build a Gingerbread house! If only we could get things like that here :)

Looks like your nephews had an awesome time putting it together - and i'm sure everyone else had an awesome time eating it after!
