Park time.

We've been back in Joburg, a little over three years now...and I have said this a hundred times over on this blog...but I am still so grateful to be living in the same town as my family. This past holiday in New Zealand, confirmed that for me again. Me and my Sister-In-Law, spent hours chatting about it...and she kept on reminding me over and over again, how lucky we are to have this...and to never, ever take this for granted.

So, when the weather is as perfect as it has been over these past few days...instead of sitting in front of the tv...my Sister and I grabbed my nephews and took a leisurely stroll to the local park...you cant let days and perfect opportunities like this go to waste - that's my new motto!
Excitement doubled when Granny arrived to join us...
We then headed back too...
...for swimming, rugby and a braai..
And yes...it was just a trip to the park...but I am grateful that I am able to spend these simple little moments with my little family...
