Our Autumn Anniversary.

{Day two}

So day two started off on a high note...when we came across a school of dolphins, in Fish Hoek...swimming as close to the shore as I have ever seen...
There were so many people on the side of the road watching them....definitely a good way to start our day.
When then took a leisurely drive down to Noordhoek Beach.
I have no words to describe how beautiful it is there...so I will just let the pictures try and do it justice....
And then after being wanting to go to The Toad restaurant for so many years...we eventually popped in their for lunch....
...and let me tell...the food was sensational...the best pizza we have had...ever...
Because we were going to be having dinner in the city, we booked ourselves a room at a hotel in the heart of CBD...so after checking in...we popped down to the V&A  for some shopping and some celeb spotting. Yes, ladies...who do we run into...the one and only Dan Carter...hello...no pictures I'm afraid.
And we ended the day in the best way possible...we meet up with some old and online twitter friends at Beluga. I cannot tell you how much fun we had...
It still amazes me how you can meet people online, whether it be through blogging or twitter, and how they we can become such great friends in real life...
...and how old friends...no matter how long ago you have seen them...remain such awesome people. Mia, thank you so much for joining us...
We literally laughed till our cheeks hurt...
To Ann, Michelle, Charlene, Karen, Scott and Mia...thanks for an incredible evening...we had the time of our lives...

Your pics are gorgeous! Congratulations on your 10th! I remember mine so well my hubby took me to Jenna Clifford and bought me the ring of my dreams a sapphire and diamond number of note! I treasured it and always felt special when I wore it. It was stolen along with all my jewellery from our house in CT about 4 years ago now :(
