It's here...

...the countdown to Christmas!

I spotted the first signs of Christmas in the shops this weekend...and as usual I am beyond excited. Unlike most people, I don't care how soon they start putting out the Christmas stuff...in fact the earlier the better...in fact, we should just leave it up all year round ;-)

I couldn't resist...and the first of many candy canes are already on my kitchen shelf....*excited*

Oh how I love Christmas...let the countdown begin!

oo - where did you get those candysticks?? My little Emily is a candy stick in the ballet show next week, and I'd love to get her a candy stick for good luck.
Have you seen the wooden Advent calendars in woolworths?? Absolutely gorgeous!! Go on - spoil your cute little nephews... x-x

Ha ha, I'm happy the 'stuff' is out too. I also have a countdown widget on my mac dashboard - with the excuse 'so that I can answer the 5yr old' when he asks how many days to Christmas!

It scares the crap out of me every year as I then realize how much to do until this year ends.

It would have been so cool if I could leave up the Christmas decorations the whole year round but with small kids running around, this is not possible ;)
I found your blog via Betty Bake's blog.

It always scares me when I see Christmas decor being put up as it means that this year is almost over and there's still so much to be done! I do love Christmas though...

I'm with Jessica... I love Christmas, but I nearly have a panic attack when I walk into Game in late September and see a giant Santa Claus smirking at me.
