a random update.

Thank goodness, some of you are still out there…thanks for sticking around guys.

So seen as I have been gone for a while I thought I would jot down what has been happening and some random stuff…

Well I did spend a few days in Botswana, it was great. My first time there. Except I came home with the most awful virus. I have never been so sick. My doctor called me in to go through my blood results, as she had never seen anything like it before.
They are right Africa is not made for sissies :-)

My Dad has booked our tickets for our December holiday…whoop whoop. Cape Town here we come.

I spent a week on a training course for work. So I was away from home for a week. The course was amazing, I really do work for an awesome organisation.
But can I tell you how much I hate being away from the husband, seriously it’s bad!
Am I the only one?

I go back for the second week in December, and I am already worrying about it.

I L-O-V-E this time of the year. I cannot get enough of all the Christmas stuff that is happening. I have already put up the tree. It’s not yet decorated though. That’s my task for the week.

I have done NO Christmas shopping!

I plan to get my Christmas cards done within the next two weeks. I am looking for recycled cards…just to make me feel better for sending cards. But Christmas is just not Christmas if you don’t send cards.

Oh and I still need to send a blogging friend in America a package, that I have had for months {Yes, Kylie it is still here, I haven’t forgotten :-)}

I have one week to finish New Moon, for some reason it has taken me forever to finish it. I have to have it finished before I see the movie. Has anyone seen it yet?

I am really enjoying my job. It feels so good to be back!

The hubby and I have become serious 'So You Think You Can Dance' fans. I know! Where have we been. I just love Cat Deeley. Don't tell anyone, but I think that could be the main reason I watch it :-)

I am on a serious diet. Seriously this time…really seriously.

And that’s it, like I said just some random stuff that has been happening with me.

Hope you all have a good week!

I also miss my hubby when either of us is away. 2 or 3 days is fine, but a week feels too long.

Glad you're better after your horrible illness!

No wonder you were gone that long...you have been busy.

Can't stand the idea of being away from hubby...not even after being married for more than 30 years...very good thing.

Haven't bought any pressie's yet either...so you're not alone.
