so i do have the time.

This morning, I happened to push the snooze button, just one too many times and woke up ten minutes late. Now, I am not sure about you, but ten minutes in the morning, is actually about thirty minutes...especially with this Joburg traffic. Anyway, I panic, hop out of bed, jump into the shower. But, I decide, that I am going to be late anyway, so there is no point in getting my knickers in a knot, let me just get dressed, I will skip breakfast and phone the office and let them know {even though its just me in the Joburg office, I will phone the Cape Town one anyway, just in case some one is looking for me...am I employee of the year or what}....digressing...sorry.

Anyway, I am dressed, I pick up my bag to leave, check the time....I still have HALF AN HOUR left before I need to leave...what? And I did not even break a sweat getting ready. So I decide to have breakfast, and with still fifteen minutes to spare, I am in my car heading off to work. I arrive at work ten minutes early....can you believe it? What actually do I do in the mornings? What takes up all my time?

And I have been using the fact that I cannot possibly get up any earlier to exercise...when I actually do have the time.
So from Monday everyone, it's at least an half an hour exercise every morning, no more excuses.

Haha, thats so funny. Yesterday I was "late" as well, but ended up being early. I took 45 minutes less getting ready for work and in that time I even managed to make myself lunch for work. I am not sure what I usually do???

Wow. I'm never early. I'm also trying to do thirty minutes of exercise in the morning before work, but so far I've only managed to do it once this month. Monday it is!

haha ha...I know what you mean. I also used to use my morning badly...and thought I could NEVER fit gym in.

Then i started doing gym and making it to work on time...amazing how just using your time better makes the morning longer.
